Allergy induced Asthma


Asthma can be induced by some allergies. For those who work in the kitchen or work in the construction field, please get yourself a mask.
Dust or smoke is something that may induce asthmatic attack.
Inhaled allergy is an important cause and inhaled allergy can  trigger asthma. The most common inhaled  associated with allergic symptoms are:
Dust
smoke
Cold wind
Dust mites
Cockroach particles
Mold
Pollen
Food allergies rarely cause asthma :
Eggs
Soy
Cow’s milk
Peanuts
Tree nuts (such as almonds, pecans, walnuts)
Wheat
Shrimp and other shellfish
Fish
Food preservatives can also induce asthma
Shrimp (fresh, frozen, or prepared)
Bottled lime or lemon juice
Wine and beer
Potatoes (packaged and some prepared)
Pickled foods Symptoms of food allergy can include  sneezing, rash, nausea, headache, vomiting, diarrhea and nasal congestion.


Fruit and vegetable juices help a great deal in getting rid of bad breath and take green raw guava. It is an excellent home remedy.


Avoid stress and relax.
Get sufficient exercise, and sleep.
